Rescue Heroes: 4 years old
The idea behind Rescue Heroes...
- The three and four year old rooms form Heroes Alley. The hallway outside each room features illustrations of great men and women from the Bible who made a difference and became heroes and champions for God. The list includes: Esther, Daniel, Moses, Joshua, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, Noah, Joseph, etc
- The rooms feature fun vehicles as play areas on the floor. The police room also has a two door building that includes a police station and donut and coffee shop called “Good Cup, Bad Cup.”
- The four year old room is designed with a fire hall, fire truck, lockers for storage, a fire hydrant, and a dog house for “Sparky”. The dog house adds another crawl through play area for the kids. Both rooms offers walls for photos of heroes from the class. The teachers will photograph every child or assign special awards for “getting caught” in the act of kindness.
- Colossians 3:15 – Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you are called to peace. And be thankful.
- John 14:27 – Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your heart be troubled and do not be afraid.
